Dr Sona Kaur is a passionate Clinical Psychologist, providing support and expertise to help empower individuals, enable them to regain control and cultivate a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
Dr Kaur’s work is driven by her passion for psychology. As well as heading up the Epilepsy team at the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery, she manages her own private practice, and oversees various related businesses. Working with children and adults to help address complex PTSD, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, burnout, supports neurodivergent individuals, expanding her business, and educating to break stigmas and promote mental well-being globally.

Using her own ADHD experience as her superpower
Discovering her own neurodivergence, particularly ADHD, became a pivotal moment for Sona, reframing it as her unique superpower. Balancing parenthood and pursuing a doctorate further enriched her skills. Today, Dr Kaur serves at the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery while managing businesses that merge her expertise and fascination with psychology and how the brain works. Dr Kaur now uses both her personal and professional experience to help other people with neurodivergent conditions find ways to navigate and thrive in life through coping strategies and therapy. Through her practice, she also works with people suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, burnout and other conditions. Dr Kaur is also passionate about breaking stigmas through her work as an educator and speaker.
